Delivery is within 10 days of ordering firewood
We will contact you by call or text to arrange a delivery day/time the day before delivery

Access & Site Conditions

• The customer must ensure access is suitable (driveway, flat ground tarmac, cobble cement) so the delivery vehicle and equipment (tail lift, pallet truck) can offload
• NO DELIVERY ON STONED DRIVEWAY
• If access is inadequate, delivery may be restricted to curbside
• We do not remove and/or stack firewood from the pallet
